SpeakClinic provides a platform connecting patients with healthcare professionals specializing in speech therapy and related services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SpeakClinic.

Healthcare Professionals must possess valid professional licenses in their respective jurisdictions and provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding their credentials, qualifications, and practice.
To access certain features of our Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify SpeakClinic immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
SpeakClinic reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, without prior notice or liability.
SpeakClinic provides a platform that facilitates connections between patients and Healthcare Professionals. SpeakClinic does not provide medical services directly and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or efficacy of the healthcare services provided by Healthcare Professionals on the platform.
The Content provided on SpeakClinic is for informational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions regarding a medical condition.
Healthcare Professionals are independent contractors and not employees or agents of SpeakClinic. Healthcare Professionals are solely responsible for the services they provide to patients.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Services and all Content provided by SpeakClinic are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws and are owned by SpeakClinic or its licensors.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, SpeakClinic grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use.
You retain ownership of any Content you submit to the Services (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant SpeakClinic a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based on, distribute, publicly display, and perform such User Content for the purposes of operating and providing the Services.

Healthcare Professionals determine their own fees for services. SpeakClinic is not responsible for setting or negotiating fees between patients and Healthcare Professionals.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
SPEAKCLINIC DOES NOT WARRANT OR GUARANTEE THE QUALITY, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, SAFETY, RELIABILITY, OR EFFECTIVENESS OF ANY HEALTHCARE SERVICES PROVIDED BY HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS THROUGH THE PLATFORM. SPEAKCLINIC IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DIAGNOSIS, TREATMENT, OR OTHER HEALTHCARE SERVICES PROVIDED TO YOU BY HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SPEAKCLINIC, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SpeakClinic, its affiliates, directors, employees, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from: (i) your use of the Services; (ii) your violation of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party.
